Be ready for the Oscars this weekend
The 82nd Academy Awards are upon us, and the Oscars will be handed out on Sunday, March 7th. We have a complete Academy Award timeline that includes all past winners across all the categories. And we recently launched a quiz to help you get ready for the big night. It’s a pretty tough quiz (I only got 12 out of 25 right, for a rating of “History Buff.”)
For example, did you know that the first time statuettes were called Oscars was the 8th Academy Awards? It’s true.
Or do you know who has won the most Best Director Oscars from the following choices:
A. John Ford
B. Stephen Spielberg
C. Frank Capra
D. William Wyler
